Red Velvet Cup Cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting from scratch| Step by step pictures with procedure
When you enter a bakery, Red velvet cakes or cup cakes are one of the most attractive and tempting cakes with bright color. They also tastes delicious. Making these yummy cup cakes at home is super simple and here is the recipe for that. I suggest not to alter or skip any of the ingredients given below.
I am frosting these cup cakes with cream cheese frosting. I prefer adding very little butter to the cream cheese. But if you are not interested in super cheese frosting, double the amount of butter.
Red velvet cup cakes are beautiful and super moist with a touch of chocolate flavor. Adding buttermilk gives little tangy feel which makes these cup cakes perfect and tasty.
